The Fashion Festival was a party in Club Penguin. It started on August 26, 2015 and ended on September 16, 2015. Dot was meetable during this party.

History

Development

The party was first mentioned in a game file. Not long after, August was referred to as a Fashion Month in the Issue 510 of the Club Penguin Times. On July 31, the name of the party was scrambled in a blog post and it was officially confirmed on August 3 in a follow-up blog post.

“	Players will have the chance to show off their fashion styling skills by putting together outfits based on different fashion challenges. Other players will be able to play a voting game and pick their favorite outfits. After the party is over, the winners will be highlighted on a big screen for a week. To help players create their best styles, we're releasing the BIGGEST CATALOG EVER, full of tons of bring-back fashions! The best part? EVERYONE can participate and vote on their favorites.	”

As Dot recently got a new look when she promoted July 2015 Penguin Style, it was expected she would also appear during the Fashion Festival. Megg later confirmed it in a comment. On August 24, Megg posted some sneak peeks of the rooms and screens of the party.

Fashion Challenges

There are 15 different fashion challenges in three different categories. Players are able to design an outfit and have other players vote for their work.

• This was the last party for the German and Russian servers, which closed down during the party.
• Each decorated room contained an object wearing pink shutter shades.
