"Welcome to the Puffle Hotel! Treat your puffle to food, toys and hats... get pampered at the Puffle Spa... or head upstairs to relax by the pool."

The Puffle Hotel Lobby is a room in Club Penguin. It is the first floor of the Puffle Hotel. It can be accessed from the Plaza or from the Pet Shop. It opened for all players on March 20, 2013 during the Puffle Party 2013. This room featured a Puffle Food shop on the right side of the room and a Puffle Hat shop on the left side of the room until November 14, 2013. The Puffle Catalogwas available there until November 14, 2013 as well.

Around the time Gold Puffles were released, the lobby changed: features added include two cozy beds and two tables where penguins can drink smoothies.
