The School appeared in the first time at the Club Penguin Media Summit as a draft. This event was on April 11 and 12 but only on July 4 Polo Field posted about the University.[2] On July 9, the music of the room and a little sneak peek were posted on the Club Penguin's SoundCloud page.[3]Rookie visited the island for a few days to celebrate the opening.
In-game
Like in the case of the Ninja Hideout, the Recycling Plant was replaced by the newly opened room. It is divided in two parts: The left-sided part is the classroom where biology and chemistry can be studied. In this part of the room, throwing a snowball will result in a crumpled sheet of paper being thrown instead. The right-sided part is a cafeteria and has a door that leads back to the Mine Shack. Throwing a snowball here will result in a slice of pizza being thrown. The room also includes a door that leads to the Stadium.
