The Beta Test Party was the first ever party in Club Penguin. It took place on September 21, 2005[1] for only a few hours. It was created as a server population test prior to the full release of the game. It offered penguins a free Party Hat, which is the rarest item in Club Penguin to date. They also got 2000 coins and a free one month membership when it ended.
Free items
A single free item was available at this party.
Decorations
Only a few rooms were decorated. The Town had a banner hanging from the Coffee Shop that read "BETA TEST PARTY", and there were two boxes of party hats. In the Ice Rink, the Black Toque was hidden in the net on the right. The Night Club also had two disco-type balls hanging from the ceiling, such as in Penguin Chat 3's Night Club.
