Tour Description
"Welcome everyone, to the Stage... The Viking That Time Forgot is on! Watch as Chester learns more... about time travel and opera!"

The Stage is a large theater located in the Plaza, between the Pet Shop and the Pizza Parlor. It was launched on November 16, 2007, and is the only room that actively updates. The Stage also has a catalog called the Costume Trunk, where players can buy costumes for the current play. If players want to join in on the acting, they can open The Script and click on the phrases.

It was closed on February 13, 2013 at start of Hollywood Party and was reopened at start of Awards Show on February 20. It was closed again on March 19, 2014 at start of Muppets World Tour and was reopened for the big finale on March 28. Again, it was closed on April 16, 2014 at start of Puffle Party 2014 and will be reopened for the on March 28.

Layout

On the ground floor, there are twenty chairs for a penguin audience to view theatrical acting. In the center of the chairs is the Switchbox 3000, which controls changes on the set such as the background and special effects. There are also two box seats on the second story, which both have two seats. The box seats are accessible by waddling left or right on the stage. Below the stage is a small orchestra pit with four music stands, a piano and a piano bench.

Trivia

• During Team Blue's Rally 2 and Team Blue Vs. Team Red, dodge balls were thrown in place of snowballs.
• The Marvel Superhero Takeover was the first time that the Stage was decorated for a party.
• The artistic feature of the Stage attracted the Yellow Puffle.
• There is an unreleased play that was never completed by the Club Penguin Team which is based on cooking.

Bugs

During "The Vikings That Time Forgot" in February 2012, there was a glitch that would cause the set, catalog, and script. Club Penguin became aware of the issue quickly fixed it.
