The Halloween Party 2006 is Club Penguin's second annual Halloween Party. It started on October 24, 2006. There was only one free item at this party: the Wizard Hat. This item was found in the Snow Forts. This was the first halloween party when a solar eclipse happened, making the island constantly dark for the whole time this event was on.
