The Fair 2010 will be a carnival-themed party in Club Penguin. It will start on September 3, as confirmed from the 253rd issue of the Penguin Times. Not much is known about this, yet. It will be the 4th consecutive Fall Fair. It is also possible Rockhopper will come, since he usually comes for Fall Fairs as he was the one who brought the decorations back in 2007. He also came to visit for the The Fair 2009, and the Fall Fair 2008.
