The Fair 2010 is a carnival-themed party in Club Penguin. It will start on September 3rd and end on the 12th, as confirmed from the 253rd and 254th issue of the Club Penguin Times.
Not much is known about this, yet. It will be the 4th consecutive Fall Fair. Rockhopper will come, as confirmed in an article in the 254th club penguin times.
