The Dance-A-Thon was a party that started on January 15th 2009. It was supposed to end on January 20, 2009, but was extended until January 20, 2009. It was a party where only members could attend. Also, along with the party, Club Penguin launched the new mini-game Dance Contest. This marked the first appearance of Cadence. The decorated rooms were the Town, Night Club, the Dance Lounge, the Boiler Room, and the new Dance Club Rooftop. The Dance Club Rooftop was a new party room first released at the party.
