Tour Description
When on the test (solo):
Hmm... Looks like I'm the only one here. I can't really give a tour to just myself... or can I? Here we have the Facility. It's pretty empty.

After finishing the test and before going on the test (multiplayer):
Here we have an average, Everyday Phoning Facility. Yup, not much to see here. Nothing suspicious about it at all... let's move on.

The Everyday Phoning Facility is the building that replaced the Sport Shop after the Popcorn Explosion. It was announced in the Club Penguin Times on May 27, 2010. Secret Agents and anyone who recieves a special postcard can take the 4 EPF Tests there, and Elite Penguin Force Agents can use a lift to get to the EPF Command Room.

Involvement with the Elite Penguin Force

In the Everyday Phoning Facility, you can take a test to join the Elite Penguin Force. You need to complete 4 tests: The Aim test, the Speed test, the Stealth Test, and the Problem Solving Test. If you pass most of the tests, an elevator comes out of one of the columns and it takes you to the new EPF Command Room.
