The Arcade Circle was a members only room added on September 26, 2008 during the Fall Fair 2008. There was a prize booth in the Arcade Circle, where members can earn tickets around Club Penguin to get the items. The items were a teddy bear, caramel apple on a stick, and giant yellow sunglasses.

It was another addition to "The Party" series.
