The Three Little Islands are tiny islands located northwest of Club Penguin Island, near the shore next to the Mountain; according to maps located in the Spy Headquarters and the Ship Hold.
The Three Little Islands were a mystery until Febuaray 24th, 2012, when the Rockhopper's Quest started. The Three Little Islands were revealed to be the Trading Post, Dinosaur Island, and Shipwreck Island. The Trading Post mysteriously has buildings on it, similar to the ones during the Island Adventure Party 2011. Penguins may have traveled down these islands, and ended up at Club Penguin Island.
