The Director of the Elite Penguin Force, formerly The Director of the Penguin Secret Agency and commonly known as just The Director, is a mysterious penguin who leads or once led the EPF and PSA agencies. The Director does not take a major role around the game and mainly takes a background role. The Director of the P.S.A. sometimes writes you letters after you complete Secret Missions.
