The Welcome Penguin was the first penguin you see if you made your account after June 27th, 2011. He is orange and wears no clothes. You only could meet him in the Welcome Solo.
Glitches
Sometimes, when penguins logged in they would be sent to the Welcome Solo, and couldn't leave until the penguin finished talking, unless they were an EPF Agent, in which case they could use the EPF Phone. However, the penguin wouldn't go away until he finished talking. Also there is another glitch that when you leave the Welcome Solo, the Welcome Penguin is still on the screen. This glitch is fixed.
