Chill is a white Elite Puffle that is first met in the Elite Penguin Force downloadable mission, Puffle Pranksters. He can easily freeze anything with a single breath and the ice shatters with the item inside it. In the sequel, he can make anything out of ice or fix things with ice.
Trivia
- Chill's ice welding is just like the welding in the first game, done by Flare, the black Elite Puffle.
- When he freezes, he wears a pair of earmuffs similar to the Blue Earmuffs.
