Rocky was a Club Penguin mascot. She was related to the Disney Channel TV Show, Shake It Up and she made her only appearance during the Make Your Mark: Ultimate Jam. She was the first famous penguin with the color Aqua. Mashable confirmed that the actor Zendaya controlled Rocky during the party, and so did Bella Thorne with CeCe.

History

Development

She was first found in some game files in June 2012. On June 28, 2012, it was confirmed on the official blog that Rocky will be a mascot for the upcoming Make Your Mark: Ultimate Jam party, along with CeCe.

As of May 2013, Rocky is no longer a Club Penguin mascot. This is possibly due to the cancellation of Shake It Up. However, her actress Zendaya was a mascot during the Music Jam 2014. It is possible that Rocky and Zendaya are the same penguin, as both are Aqua and wear brown wigs.
