Rsnail is a well-known moderator on Club Penguin. Along with Billybob, he is the creator of Club Penguin. Rsnail's real name is Lance Priebe. Rsnail is the founder of Rocketsnail Games, which is consisted of games that he created with the help of the Rocketsnail Games team. Sadly, the website was shut down due to lack of funds, but later came back as a blog. Currently, the website has re-opened as a link to his twitter page. The most popular game was Penguin Chat 3, which is what the Club Penguin team used as a rough draft for Club Penguin. The Rocketsnail Games logo is, unsurprisingly, a snail strapped to a rocket. Rsnail used to post frequently on the Club Penguin during the Beta Testing days, but Billybob now does the majority of the posts, while Rsnail posts occasionally. Gary the Gadget Guy has a model of the Rocketsnail Games logo in his room. This logo/model has appeared in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force and Mission #4. He is currently the only Penguin to have a lowercase letter at the start of his name. Everyone else who had a name a lowercase at the start was changed to an uppercase after the Club Penguin updates. Rsnail has a test penguin called "Nickname1". Rsnail's name is a contraction of Rocketsnail.

Trivia

• Rsnail's name is another way of saying "Rocket Snail", which was the company that created Penguin Chat 3, an older version of Club Penguin.
• In Elite Penguin Force Mission 8, Jet Pack Guy says, "Flit here can fly faster than a snail tied to a rocket, or a penguin on a jet pack." This makes a reference to Rsnail, which is short for Rocketsnail.
• Rsnail's penguin name still has a lower-case R. Unlike all the others, his name was not converted to a capital.
• Rsnail's test penguin Nickname1 is banned forever. This is so that he (and all other moderators do this as well) can only log on by first unbanning the penguin and logging on, then banning after logging off.
• His test penguin on Penguin Chat 3 was Testsnail.
• He shares his test penguin, Freesing, with Gizmo and Screenhog.
• Fake rsnails have been spotted in a PC3 remake.
