Tour Description | |
The Recycling Plant is a room in Club Penguin. It opened during the Earth Day 2010 party. Gary the Gadget Guy built an invention called the Recycletron 3000 to showcase in this room. Trash and unused objects are recycled to create new objects for the room. It is next to the Mine Shack.
Nothing is really secret in here except for when you throw snowballs. The snowballs then turn into the recyclable items you found during the Recycling Scavenger Hunt. See trivia for more details.
Special Features
This room is the only place where you can throw something other than snowballs. These items that you throw get recycled into something which is useful.
Trivia
- Some penguins thought Gary would appear, but it's untrue.
- Strangely, the items are from the Recycling Scavenger Hunt. This was because this day was to celebrate Earth Day.
- Billybob confirmed it would stay forever, like the Cave Mine, Hidden Lake and Underwater Room.
- A lot of penguins thought that there would be a free item inside, but it came to be untrue.
- A lot of penguins thought it would be members only.
- It is the fourth permanent room to open in 2010.
- The Recycling Plant is the sixth room that needs an item to enter it. The others are the Fire Dojo, Underwater (Room), Command Room, Captain's Quarters, and the Ninja Hideout. The item was no longer needed to enter after the Earth Day 2010 Party ended.
- Sometimes penguins have Snowball fights with the the recycable materials.
- Few penguins thought you might not be able to enter it after the scavanger hunt was over, due to you only being able to enter with the Recycle Pin.
- On April 21st 2010, lots of penguins thought you could get a free MP3000 if they stopped throwing trash. This was confirmed untrue, and after that, nobody had talked about it again.
- Not may people enjoy this place, because they thought that there is no fun and nothing important to do.
- An extended version of the song "Recycle!" plays in the Recycling Plant.
