Happy77 (real name Holly) was a Club Penguin moderator, writer, and blogger. On Penguin Chat 3, she was seen at least once as a snail. Happy77 posted several videos about Club Penguin on her YouTube account. Most of them revealed future things in Club Penguin. In her YouTube videos, she often talked using emotes. In Penguin Chat, she was known to make an appearance as a snail. She also has items that only Mascots can have.
