Scrooge
Scrooge is one of the few main characters of the Christmas exclusive book: A Penguin Christmas Carol.
Biography
Scrooge was born in Vladivostock Russia in 1991. After his Marxist family escaped to Alaska following Ron Reagans' PWNAGE of the Soviets, Scrooge became a money lender for some reason. His success converted all his family into Red-blooded American capitalists. Scrooge left his first office in Alaska and moved his business to the Town. Despite his ideology of "socialism for the rich" and a pro-membership stance, Scrooge decided to run for mayor of CP as a Republican in 1997, although he was favored more by the Democratic and Membership Party. He won and served from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, he was banned for cheating. Scrooge ran again for mayor in 2004 and won, returning to the office.
On December 24, 2009, Scrooge was kidnapped by East Side Anarchists and taken to his lair, where they tortured him for fourteen hours. They then removed his head, placed it on a staff, and paraded it around town. His body was dropped in a field where penguins from all of CP beat it with sticks. He was never buried.
Account Problems
- On January 18, 2000, Scrooge was banned along with a buddy, H@z3l_R@5h33d@_M00r3, in a sting operation at the Night Club by the CPBI and CP Police for cheating. As a result of his ban, Scrooge decided not to seek reelection as mayor.
- On October 28, 2005, Scrooge was banned for not paying his membership fees and using cheats to remain acquiring benefits.
