The Unknown Band Member, a mysterious light blue penguin that could be seen during the Winter Luau 2006 with the Penguin Band before Franky joined. All the other band members where confirmed to be Stompin' Bob and G Billy, but Petey K was not there. Many penguins think that this was before Petey joined or Petey in a different colour.
Appearance
He or she is a light blue penguin that has the talent of playing the guitar. It's last appearance was at the Winter Luau party in 2006. He or she wears a hula grass skirt as well.

- If it is a boy, he may be Franky in a different outfit and color.
