Ring The Bell is a game from the Fall Fair that "tests your strength". In this game, you have a mallet and you need to ring the bell; if it rings, you win 25 tickets, and if you try, but don't succeed, you will get five tickets for your effort. You can also earn 10 tickets if it is close to ringing.

Glitch
A glitch was spotted in the game during the Fall Fair 2010, this glitch allowed penguins to double, even triple the amount of tickets they got in the game.
