The Snowfall first appeared in Penguin Chat 3's Town. It then reappeared at the Christmas Party 2008, seen at the Ski Hill and the Iceberg.

- When there's a snowfall the snowflakes are big and the snow is falling slow.
- There's a myth that there's a snowfall in Club Penguin on every 4 years. Some penguins said that it will comes every time that have snow events.
- Christmas 2008 snowfall is also refers to snow storm in Europe.
- There is a server called Snowfall, although has no snowfall, like all servers.
- The fact that only very little snowfall occurs on Club Penguin leads many to question how the ground is almost always covered with snow.
