Sorry for the late reply, I was away for the rest of the day.

1) Green light basically meant go ahead and create the official event page for it, if you wish.

2) Have them screenshot after every move, and if the person knows they're gonna win with their next move, have them screenshot it before they drop the piece, then make sure the picture is uploaded. OR, you can simply spectate their game, which would be time consuming but is most effective.
