Sled Racer is a mobile application for iOS and Android. It was released on August 7, 2014. It is available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Russian.

History
There were some rumors about two new apps made by Club Penguin, one of them being the Sled Racer. On August 1, 2014, Megg only confirmed the Sled Racer app on the What's New Blog[2]. On August 7, it was launched on iTunes.
Gameplay
The app works in the horizontal position. To avoid the obstacles (the rocks, the cactus, the trunks, the anvil, etc.), you need to swipe the screen to the left or to the right. There are Ice Patches all the way and they are a type of boost. The place where you can beat your record appears with two big red flags.

Version 1.1
Launched on September 29, 2014 – “Thanks for all your great feedback, we’ve fixed some bugs to make Club Penguin Sled Racer even better than ever!”
Version 1.2
Released on April 2, 2015 – “ALL NEW leaderboard, power-ups, and more! Players can compete with their friends’ high scores. Members have instant access to all power-ups to boost their race. Free players can purchase power-ups to boost their race.”
Version 1.3
Released on May 5, 2015 – “Earn the GOLDEN GOGGLES! Every week, penguins at the top of their Friends’ Leaderboard will be awarded the Golden Goggles. Will you be the newest Sled Racer legend?”
