History
This item was released to advertise Coins for Change, an annual charity-type event on Club Penguin. In 2009 it costed 500 coins, but the price was reduced to 100 coins in 2010. In 2011, it was a secret item. It is a common item, and is most popular in igloos when Coins for Change is being held.
