Congratulations to Team Red for winning the 1st CPW Games! A big thank you to everyone on both sides for making this an exciting event from start to finish!
The 1st Club Penguin Wiki Games were held from November 23-24, 2013. The event was managed by Penstubal and was organized by Brookelas, Hat Pop and LordMaster96. All listed times were in the official CP Penguin Standard Time.
Rulebook and Procedures
- Show up on the #clubpenguinwiki-games IRC channel 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled event. It is at this time when matchups will be made. If you do not show up on time you will not be matched with an opponent! Also log into Club Penguin at this time.
- If you are matched but you are not ready to go at the start of an event (i.e. AFK, not logged in), your spot for the event will be given to the next person on the waiting list.
- If you have advanced to the next round in a tournament and you are not ready to go at the start of your next match, you will forfeit the match.
- Do not "camp" on the #clubpenguinwiki-games IRC channel. Only be there if you are directing an event or if you are competing in the next event.
- You may begin your match as soon as you have been paired with your opponent.
- Both players must declare the winner of each match on the IRC channel.
- All matches are single elimination except for the finals (best of three).
- Unless one of the event organizers are spectating your match, be ready to submit any screenshot evidence of match results should there be any disputes.
- The winning team and the leading point scorer on each team will win an award!
- Event organizers have final say over disputes.
- Have fun!
