The Buckle Hat is a head item in Club Penguin. Members are able to buy this item for 250 coins in the Costume Trunk catalog. It was first released at the play "Norman Swarm Has Been Transformed". It is part of the "Bernard the Garden Gnome" costume set which won in a vote along with the Gnome Costume, Pointy Shoes, and the Fuzzy White Beard.[1]
History
The first time this hat was seen was in a You Decide! Poll in September 2009 for Bernard the Garden Gnome's costume.[1] After the first design won the poll, this hat was released along with the Norman Swarm play. It was re-released seven times, all in the Costume Trunk.
