The Squid Lid is a head item in Club Penguin. All players are able to purchase it in the Penguin Style catalog but formerly also in the Rockhopper's Rare Items catalog. It won a vote for a future party item on the What's New Blog. It resembles a Shocktopus. A similar item is the Inky Squid Lid.

History

The Squid Lid won a poll on the What's New Blog for a future item for a party. Other items that players could vote for were The Bucket and the Old Boot. It was then released in June 2010 Rockhopper's Rare Items. It returned in the November 2014 and in the August 2015 issues of the Penguin Style. It is a common item.
