Lavender is an unreleased colour that was one of the losing candidate colours in the 2006 and 2009 color votes. Because it wasn't a real colour, it also used to be a bait item during the 2009 Color Vote and could only be obtained through cheating programs and trainers. If it was permed through a program, the cheater got an instant 72 hour ban. Lavender narrowly lost in both the 2006 and 2009 color. Lavender was heavily critisiced for being too girly and that it wouldn't be a popular potential item to buy.
Trivia
- Aqua now occupies item ID 15.
- Though Lavender was available as a bait item, Aqua and Maroon were not: this suggests that the Club Penguin Team expected Lavender to win, seeing as it lost during the 2006 Color vote.
- It may have been permable during the 2006 vote between Lime Green and Lavender, though its item ID back then would've been 13.
