The Underwater was a temporary room that was accessible during the the Cave Expedition. It was a members only room. There was a free item in this room, the Coral Reef Background. it was attached to a rock lying in the middle of the room. There are a lot of marine life swimming in this room, notably the Fluffies, the jellyfish and a giant shell on the right bottom corner.

Trivia

- If you throw a snowball in this room, you'll throw a bubble which will then evaporate when it touches the ground.
- Some penguins think a new Aqua Grabber level will be here.
- Some penguins think that by going up to the other side (right side) of the room and out of the water you can reach the Iceberg, but that however is not true.
- It was for members only.
- There is a barrel of cream soda, coins, treasure chests, a pinwheel and an anchor. This might mean that this was where Migrator crashed.
- After a while, you could see the giant squid in the background.
- If it re-opens in the future, it may become the second permanent members-only room.
- This is possibly where the puffles are disappearing to, as the new game banner shows a penguin in a scuba suit saving a puffle while being chased by a shark. A nother hint at this is that a yellow puffle is seen in the small opening in this cave. This hints that this is where the puffles are going to.
