Flare is an Elite Puffle and founder of the B. He uses his mouth to shoot his victims with blue flames while he wears his welding mask in his red El Camino. A self-proclaimed Communist revolutionary, he is responsible for the deaths of over 40 non-member Penguins.
All attempts to report or ban Flare have been blocked by firewalls, and in some cases, have resulted in the spreading of massive computer viruses.
