Chirp is a specially-trained, yellow elite puffle who appears in Elite Penguin Force. she can play the flute so high-pitched that it can break through almost any object, such as large ice cubes, without actually damaging the object inside. Chirp's flute can also short-circuit machines such as a Jet Pack.

- Chirp was a character in the exclusive book, Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic (only shown during the Christmas Party 2008) in the Book Room.
