Chirp is a specially-trained Yellow Elite Puffle who appears in Elite Penguin Force. She can play the flute so high-pitched that it can break through almost any object, such as large ice cubes, without actually damaging the object inside. Chirp's flute can also short-circuit machines such as a Jet Pack.
