The Tallest Mountain was a party room added on the August 14th, 2009, the time when the Festival of Flight 2009 started. It is in the far north of Club Penguin Island, at the Mountain Range. It was not accesible once the Festival of Flight 2009 ended.
History
When informed at the Club Penguin Times, Gary said that the only solution to fix the windows of the Cave was to lift the entire island out of the water. However, it wasn't easy lifting 1,000 tons into the air, so he created the Island Lifter 3000 and put it on the Tallest Mountain (because there wasn't enough space at any other location). This is why the Tour Description says that the Tallest Mountain is "Gary's base of operations". This was a place for members only. When you stepped in the balloon from the forest, it would lift up and fly you to the top of the Tallest Mountain. When you got there, there was a box of jet packs you could take for free and fly around with.You can also get there on the PSA Mission Case of the Missing Puffles.

This is the summit of Tallest Mountain! And Gary's base of operations. Please throw snowballs at the sign to keep the island floating in the air!
Trivia
- The Tallest Mountain can only be reached by the Hot Air Balloon.
- The Tallest Mountain's height is not measured; it could be a range from 700 to 4,000 meters.
- The Tallest Mountain has trees at the top.
- The Tallest Mountain has a beautiful view of Club Penguin.
- It is the highest point in Club Penguin Island.
- At the Iceberg during the Festival of Flight 2009, you can see a big red balloon at the top of the Island; that is where the Tallest Mountain is located.
- The Island Lifter 3000 is placed on the Tallest Mountain to lift Club Penguin out of the water.
- Rumour has it that this will be an actual room, however this so far is false as the new rumoured room is the Volcano.
