The Black Electric Guitar is a hand item in Club Penguin. It costs 975 coins and it is only available to members. It is probably the most popular type of electric guitar. It could also be unlocked from a Treasure Book. Similar items are the Blue Electric Guitar, the Pink Electric Guitar and the Red Electric Guitar. In July 2012 Treasure Book, it went along with The Spikester and Orange Rocker Shirt.
History
This item was first released in the Penguin Style catalog. It came back during the Music Jam 2009 in the Music Catalog. In July 2010, it returned, and was again available in the Penguin Style catalog. It came back in the June 2011 Penguin Style, as a secret item. It was re-released on July 5, 2012 in the Treasure Book.
