The Humbug Hat is a head item in Club Penguin. Members can buy it for 350 coins in the Penguin Style catalog. It is part of the Scrooge costume. It goes along with the Humbug Spectacles, the Tri-color Scarf, and the Humbug Coat. This is one of the two ways normal penguins can have eyebrows; the other way being the Big Brow from the The Penguins That Time Forgot stage play. It goes along with Monocle, Tri-color Scarf, Humbug Coat and Iron Lantern (in the A Humbug Holiday play). It is a secret item.

The Humbug Hat is considered a common item.
