- Unlike many free items during parties, which are usually found in Free Item Stands or hidden in a room, you actually need to accomplish in three competitions to receive the free item.
- This was one of the free items in the Penguin Olympics
- To receive the item you were required to " win " three activities such as the marathon, swimming, and a running activity
- It is considered rare, as it may only return every 4 years normally when there are Olympics.
