A look through the telescope when Rockhopper is coming to Club Penguin.
The Telescope.

The Telescope is located at the Beacon and it is used for signaling the return of Rockhopper. Sometimes, other things are washed ashore, such as blocks of ice and once, a message in a bottle. There is a rumor that if you look through it for a considerable amount of time, many humorous events may happen, depending if a Party is happening or not.

Trivia

  • The telescope shows the opposite side of the Binoculars on the Cove.
  • During the Halloween Party, when players looked out through the telescope, it was dark.
  • During the April Fools 2008 Party the telescope became a kaleidoscope.
  • Sometime in April players could see Rockhopper entered Club Penguin in a Motorboat
  • A portable, homemade telescope was used by Dancing Penguin in the Mission "Case of the Missing Puffles", to spot Aunt Arctic's puffles on the Tallest Mountain. Players have to fix it with their wrench, and then Dancing Penguin will let you look through it.
  • Also, during the Mission "Avalanche Rescue", the telescope can be taken off of its place on the Beacon, and put on a telescope stand fixed in Gary's Room, to look at the correct path for sledding down the Ski Hill in order to get the lost Penguins.
