The Fashion Festival Background is a background in Club Penguin. All players will be able to obtain this item for free by winning a Fashion Challenge during the Fashion Festival.
On September 8, Dot gave out the background to all players who participated in the Fashion Challenges, however due to a glitch no one could collect it.
