The Custom T-Shirt is a type of clothing item in the Penguin Style catalog. It is the first and only item to use the item maker, a tool that lets penguins create custom items. It currently has four different colours and seven different designs.

Trivia

• It's the first clothing item you can customize.
• There are 26 different combinations, and buying them all costs 6,500 coins.
• When they were first released, penguins who wanted to buy Customized T-Shirts would be kicked off the server, due to a glitch.
• For Earth Day, a new shirt design was added with a puffle on the left that looks like the earth.
• It is impossible to get Blue with Splatter Paint or Blue with RGB lines & stars, as they were replaced with a Puffle-shaped Earth and Puzzle Pieces when Dark Blue was released.
• Billybob said that there will be igloos to customize in the new August 2010 Igloo Upgrades.
