Chirp is a specially-trained, yellow elite puffle who appears in Elite Penguin Force. she can play the flute so high-pitched that it can break through almost any object, such as large ice cubes, without actually damaging the object inside. Chirp's flute can also short-circuit machines such as a Jet Pack. Chirp its one of the best puffles that plays music

• Chirp was a character in the exclusive book, Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic (only shown during the Christmas Party 2008) in the Book Room.
• You train with Chirp on the Tallest Mountain on Elite Penguin Force.
• She actually wears an artist's cap when playing the flute.
• In the Puffle Party 2009, she could be one of the actors in the Lighthouse or the director, though chances of her being the director is unlikely.
• Chirp probably plays "A,B,C,D,E (music notes)" on its flute.
