Non-Member

What a typical Non-Member might look like.

Non-members are the penguins that do not pay a subscribed membership on Club Penguin. They do not have as many privileges as members.

What non-members can do

• Buy colors and backgrounds.
• Obtain free items given away at parties, become an EPF Agent, Ninjas and tour guides.
• Wear pins, found hidden on the island and flags from the Penguin Style.
• Buy two puffle. (Note: If the penguin had a membership and bought more puffles before the membership expired, they still can keep their puffles afterward. And they can only buy blue and red puffles.)
• Go anywhere in Club Penguin, excluding "members-only" rooms (includes member party rooms).
• Chat with other penguins.
• Play minigames, but don't have access to many levels.
• If you buy a Club Penguin toy, book, or trading card game, then you receive a code that can unlock some items previously only available to Members.
• Earn belts in Card-Jitsu.
• Earn stamps, excluding member stamps.

What non-members can't do

• Enter a "members-only" room during a party.
• Wear member clothing (if the penguin was once a member).
• Attend Member-Only parties.
• Buy any Game Upgrades, clothing, furniture, wigs, or igloo upgrades.
• Own more than two puffles; or adopt pink, green, black, purple, yellow,white and orange puffles. The exception to these rules are using a toy code to adopt a puffle or adopting the puffles with a membership.
• Open their igloos to the public.
• Enter the Fire Dojo and play Card-Jitsu Fire.
• Play the Pink and Black Puffle levels in Puffle Rescue.
• Enter the Underwater room.
• Play Catchin' Waves in Competition and Survival modes.
• Play Aqua Grabber's Soda Seas level.
• Play Thin Ice level 10 or above.
• Play Jet Pack Adventure level 2 or above.
• Play Astro Barrier level 6 or above.
• Play any DJ3K songs except for Classic.
• Play multi-player or dance to 'Let's Bounce', 'Go West' or 'Patrick's Jig' in Dance Contest.
