New Horizon Interactive is the creator of Club Penguin. It was created by Lance Priebe (Rsnail) and Lane Merrifield (Billybob) in 2005 and was originally called New Horizon Productions. Their headquarters is in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Their website can be found here (though the link now redirects to Club Penguin.com)
To become a staff member, you must live in Canada, and be over 18.
