New Horizon Interactive is the creator company of Club Penguin. It was created by Lance Priebe (Rsnail) and Lane Merrifield (Billybob) in 2005 and was originally called New Horizon Productions. Their headquarters is in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Their website can be found here (although the link now redirects to a seperate New Horizon Interactive of Texas that not is associated with Club Penguin in any way.)
To become a staff member, you must live in Canada, near Kelowna; British Columbia, and be over 18 years of age.
