The Custom T-Shirt is a clothing item in the Penguin Style catalog. It is the first item to use the item maker, a tool that lets penguins to create custom items. It has 4 different colours and 7 different designs.

- It is impossible to get Blue with Splatter Paint or Blue with RGB lines & stars, as they were replaced with Puffle Earth and Puzzle Pieces when Blue was released.
