Chill (nicknamed Calm in Herbert's Revenge) is a white Elite Puffle that is first met in the Elite Penguin Force downloadable mission, Puffle Pranksters. He can easily freeze anything with a single breath and the ice shatters with the item inside it. In the sequel, he can make anything out of ice or fix things with ice.
