__NOTOC__
Different users have access to different functions of the site. While anyone can do most things on the site, including reading and editing, administrators can access a few additional functions.

Administrators (also known as Admins or Sysops) are a group of experienced users who maintain the wiki through enforcing policies and the use of special functions given to them (see a list below). Given the amount of experience they have on the wiki, they are usually the best users to contact whenever you have a question. Administrators are usually found on the wiki's IRC channel whenever they are online.

These users were voted upon by the community by means of a vote and will serve indefinite terms until they resign, become inactive, or are impeached by the community. Sometimes it may be necessary to promote several users to adminship when multiple admins are away or when there is a vandalism attack. The following users have temporary adminship to help run the wiki for the time being.

!Description
Who are this wiki's administrators?
The "founder" of a wiki, the person who first requested it, is given administrator access automatically. Founders are also given bureaucrat access so they can make any other user on their wiki an administrator or bureaucrat. For a complete list of users with administrator access, see Special:Listadmins. Each Administrator and their signature are listed below. You can always ask these administrators on their talk page, for any issues.

Current Administrators
*Fully Active - These are the best users to contact when you need an Administrator. They log on every day.
*Almost Fully Active - These users log on most of the time. These users are good to contact, but not for emergencies. These users may be active on IRC, but not fully active here. You may wish to visit our IRC channel to see them and the rest of the Active Admins.
*Semi-Active - These users are not recommended to contact, because they log on only sometimes, and do not stay for long periods of time.
*Uncommon - These users are extremely uncommon to see. They still visit, but rarely do.
*Inactive - Do not contact these users. They do not log on at all. They will be demoted soon.
*Resigned - These users have resigned/quit the Club Penguin Wiki (and will be demoted soon).
*Away These users are currently away. (e.g. on vacation.)

If you are changing a user's status, please use their contributions to come to a conclusion and not your opinion.

Want to know more about the admins? Look at their user pages, which describe them. Other people will have user pages too.

edit Who are this wiki's administrators?SOME ONE IS HACKING THE SITE!Insert non-formatted text here The "founder" of a wiki, the person who first requested it, is given administrator access automatically. Founders are also given bureaucrat access so they can make any other user on their wiki an administrator or bureaucrat. For a complete list of users with administrator access, see Special:Listadmins. Each Administrator and their signature are listed below. You can always ask these administrators on their talk page, for any issues.

[edit] Current AdministratorsFully Active - These are the best users to contact when you need an Administrator. They log on every day.
Almost Fully Active - These users log on most of the time. These users are good to contact, but not for emergencies. These users may be active on IRC, but not fully active here. You may wish to visit our IRC channel to see them and the rest of the Active Admins.
Semi-Active - These users are not recommended to contact, because they log on only sometimes, and do not stay for long periods of time.
Uncommon - These users are extremely uncommon to see. They still visit, but rarely do.
Inactive - Do not contact these users. They do not log on at all. They will be demoted soon.
Resigned - These users have resigned/quit the Club Penguin Wiki (and will be demoted soon).
Away These users are currently away. (e.g. on vacation.)
If you are changing a user's status, please use their contributions to come to a conclusion and not your opinion.

Want to know more about the admins? Look at their user pages, which describe them. Other people will have user pages too.

For you to become an administrator, you must be nominated and put here. Further instructions are on that page.
It takes a lot of work and experience to become an administrator. Below are some questions to help you decide whether or not you are actually ready for adminship.
*Are you online often?
*Are you a good editor (excellent use of the English language)?
*Do you know intermediate-level wikicode (e.g. are you able to understand semi-complex wikicode by looking at it)?
*Do you work well with other users?
*Do you follow our policies?
Once you feel you are ready, and if requests for adminship is unlocked, two users must be willing to nominate you (one of which has to be a current admin). If your nomination is successful you will become a permanent admin. Good luck!

Current admins

Permanent admins

These users were voted upon by the community by means of a vote and will serve indefinite terms until they resign, become inactive, or are impeached by the community. They are identified by the bold dark green name found on the recent changes.

Becoming an administrator

It takes a lot of work and experience to become an administrator. Below are some questions to help you decide whether or not you are actually ready for adminship.

 • Are you online often?
 • Are you a good editor (excellent use of the English language)?
 • Do you know intermediate-level wikicode (e.g. are you able to understand semi-complex wikicode by looking at it)?
 • Do you work well with other users?
 • Do you follow our policies?

Once you feel you are ready, and if requests for adminship is unlocked, two users must be willing to nominate you (one of which has to be a current admin). If your nomination is successful you will become a permanent admin. Good luck!
