The 6th Year Party Hat will be a free head item in Club Penguin that will be given out during Club Penguin's 6th Anniversary Party at the Book room or the Coffee Shop on October 24th 2011. It will be available to all penguins on Club Penguin. Like all the other party hats, it will not be released again.
