The Candy Cane Hat is a free item given away in the Happy Christmas postcard around the Holiday Party 2009. The only way to obtain it was if someone sent you the postcard. The postcard looked like a gift box. It had a big red ribbon and yellow-orange Puffle decorations. If you clicked on it, the Candy Cane Hat appeared and there was a tag saying 'Receive Gift'. Click on that and you will obtain it once you click 'Yes'. This item is the second to be received through Penguin Mail. The other ones were the Blue Mailbag and the Holiday Toque. Since the Holiday Party 2009 ended, this item is no longer obtainable, even if you still have the postcard.
